Apple Loses legal battle Against Samsung in US court to block the sales of its Samsung Tablet.
The Injuction filed by Apple was rejected by the US court after it failed to prove that Samsung infringing its patent could cause irreperable damage to Apple.
However the the fight continues in the court over the issue and Apple may still win the case.
